Returns & Refund Policy
returns & Refund Policy - the basics
Workshops
Workshop bookings are non-refundable cancelled within 24 hours of your workshop.
If you are unable to attend your workshop, please contact me as soon as possible. Where sufficient notice is given, I may be able to transfer your booking to another available date.
If a workshop is cancelled by me for any reason, you will be offered either:
-
a full refund, or
-
the option to transfer your booking to a new date.
Handmade Pottery
Due to the handmade nature of pottery, slight variations in colour, shape, size, and finish are normal and are not considered faults.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
How do I return ordered pottery?
If you would like to return an order, please contact me at EartensolPottery@gmail.com first to arrange the return. Items should be securely packaged and sent to:
74 Newfield Gardens
Marlow, Buckinghamshire
SL7 1JT
*Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so I can assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
