Welcome to Earthen Sol Pottery! By booking a workshop or purchasing products, you agree to the following:

Workshops - the basics

*Bookings are confirmed after payment.

Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full refund. Less than 24 hours = no refund.

We may reschedule for illness, extreme weather, or emergencies.

Wear comfy clothes suitable for clay and mess! Short nails are advised.

Pottery is a living material - sometimes things go wrong. Pieces may crack, break, or even “explode” during firing. It’s part of the craft, and we embrace the surprises!

Designed for Beginners & Intermediate

Materials, tools, firing, and glazing are included unless stated otherwise.

Maximum group sizes apply for a relaxed experience.

Please arrive on time -late arrivals may shorten your session.

Pottery is available for collection or can be shipped to you. Shipping charges apply.

Online orders

All products are handmade; slight variations are part of the charm.

Payment must be completed at checkout.

Shipping costs and times are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for shipping delays or damage.

Damaged items? Please contact me within 48 hours with photos.

Safety & Liability

Pottery involves sharp tools and clay—please follow instructions.

We are not responsible for personal items in the studio.

All website content is owned by Earthen Sol Pottery and cannot be copied.

Food & drink policy

Participants are welcome to bring their own drinks & snacks to workshops. Lidded containers are recommended to help prevent spills around equipment and materials. Packaged snacks like crisps & biscuits are advised to maintain cleanliness and avoid contamination for materails.

Alcohol is not permitted during workshops unless explicitly stated as a part of a specific event.

Shipping

Orders usually ship within 3–7 business days.

We pack items carefully but are not responsible for carrier damage or delays.

Shipping charges apply for workshop pots to be delivered to you. This can be paid in person on the day of your workshop.

Shipping charges will be applied to check out for product orders.

This business is independently owned and operated by a single individual. All products are handmade by me. While every effort is made to respond to enquiries, process orders, and manage workshop bookings promptly, there may occasionally be slight delays during busy periods.

Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated, and all enquires will be responded to as soon as possible.
